I turned my head and moved in another direction, visualizing and rehearsing each and every word said by her. I paced up, strolling as heedlessly as would be prudent. It looked like a car parking cellar, but I wasn’t sure of the location because I was brought there by chance. I never planned on visiting such a dingy location, sans air and almost no fragrance to compensate for that. It was a long walk till my car and by then all my strength gave up. Sweat streaming down my face and I could feel it covering every last bit of my cheek now.
I panted, grasped for some air and finally decided to ride away from this dark place. Driving through the miserable space, killing dimness with each meter that my car covered, I at last saw some light ahead. Her words were all the while ringing in my ears, gradually changing into commotions. Attempting to evade this disarray, I figured out how to move beyond the commotion in my mind. What was presently before me was a lovely scene, with trees containing the blossoms; all blooming and grinning at me. The leaves were shuddering cheerfully, marking my arrival and the content was clearly visible.
The grass was green and fresh with residues of dew drops still visible on its naked body. The sweet-scented smell filled my nose making its way through my once heavy lungs; clearing the smog inside. The birds chirped melodious, all singing for me and to me. Taking a few steps ahead towards that old tree, I saw her again. Same face, same eyes and everything else just so similar.
But something was different about her this time. She had a smile, bright eyes and a blush so pink. We were separated, and this time by a mirror.
Success is a journey and we all are mere travelers of this journey. Earl Nightingale said, “Success is the progressive realization of a worthwhile goal.” He meant that being successful is not just achieving your goal but rather putting in continuous activity towards that goal.
Life is a series of a dingy car basement and the beautiful landscape outside. One simply doesn’t reach the landscape. We need to cross the basement before we could make a leap into the landscape. This landscape is our goal and the dingy basement is the failure in our life. You have to continue driving the vehicle of your life while getting over the voices of disappointment keeping in mind the end goal to arrive up where you wish to be.
Failures are never planned. They are as uninvited as any natural calamity; trying to make us weak and surrender.
There is no way to reach UP without getting through the DOWN phase. So, keep your intentions high and your contemplation positive. Only then can you reach UP and mirror yourself as a winner, shining in the glory. And when you finally succeed, everything good awaits you; life smiling back at you again.
There is no particular reason to write this blog post, but I always find the need to spread motivation in whatever I write. I hope this small post will change a life somewhere.
We are not here to give up, we are here to take and conquer our goals.

Stay strong!
Peace! Love! Joy!
