THERE’S HAVOC IN MY MIND; IRREPARABLE THOUGHTS AND SOME GOOD WINE,
TRAVELING THROUGH THE VEINS AND DESCENDING DOWN THE EYES;
UNVEILING A CHARISMA AND I AM ALIVE.
This work of mine was propelled by the daily hustles in a person’s life and afterward discovering solace in something that is nothing but merely an illusion. Very often, we humans tend to forget that we are here to fight and strive for what is ours and what is right. I strongly believed and still do believe that instead of finding interim comfort elsewhere for all our problems, we should focus on shaping ourselves and fight for it. Life is not short, it’s the longest thing one can witness.
Make use of all the time you have in the light of the fact that there are many for whom the time falls short.
Regardless, I recall the day when I met this child on the streets of Mumbai. It might be around the month of July, a few years back when we actually witnessed the rain that heavy. On my way to the college after a long one month gap, I was totally procrastinated as always I am, for I hated the idea of getting drenched in the rain and even worse, the mud. The only thing I enjoy about the rain has to be the “petrichor”.
As I was walking, I saw this little beauty dancing on the puddles. I was amazed on seeing the sight and the joy on her face. I was curious about her and baffled with the puddles all round, but still somehow managed to reach her. I realized that she was a slum dweller and lived in a nearby slum area and might be hardly 9 years old.
I asked her with a grin, “Do you like to dance here in the puddle? It is nothing but so much mud, you’re getting filthy with mud reaching almost your knees now.”
She smiled back and it was the most innocent smile I had ever seen, filled with bliss and contentment as if everything she is going to say would pour directly from her heart. She for once stepped out of the puddle and in her soft and gentle voice said, “Madam, on regular days we hardly get water to even drink. It has never rained this good here and I do not want to miss any chance of enjoying this because it may not rain tomorrow and it may not rain ever or rain so much that a flood might come and take away our shelter.”
I was bewildered and astonished. More than that, a nerve of realization hit me. It certainly made me realize that problems are nothing but temporary absence of happiness. Instead of living in the present and creating the best of the time available to us we cling to the unreasonable methodologies in life.
Discarding our genuine selves we often tend to find happiness in something that will only make our situations worst.
Rather, focus on living in the present and giving your best so that your future is a better place to live. When you will look back some years later, you won’t regret living in your present.
So, with this work I have intended to create permanent happiness and eliminate bubble lived joy.
This one quotes keeps me driving always!

Peace! Love! Joy!
