This way you would be more aligned with what is important and stay away from tasks that do not require your attention at the moment. A to-do list does wonders when you wish to stay focused and achieve your goals. Journaling can prove to be a great productivity booster and improve your emotional wellness.
Time management: Use time management techniques like the Pomodoro Technique or time blocking to break your day into focused work intervals. Schedule dedicated social media breaks to minimize distractions.
Create a Dedicated Workspace: Designate a clutter-free, organized workspace that’s conducive to productivity. Keep personal devices and social media apps out of this workspace.

The best technique is to uninstall the app and access the social media account on the web. This technique will surely help you to break your social media addiction.
