The Taj Mahal is one of the most beautiful monuments that I got to see recently. Known as the symbol of love, it is an epitome of excellent architechture and art. I really cherish the fact that how art was celebrated in ancient times and how beautifully the minds worked while making a piece like this. This is surely a giant art that took enormous efforts. No wonder, even after such a long time it still stands as one of the most beautiful form of arts in the world.
One tip though, avoid going there in high afternoon. Tickets can be bought online and you can reach there in 3 hours from Delhi via road. There also runs a special train from Delhi that will reach Agra in almost 2 hours. There are local guides present, but it is better to do your research beforehand.
